the staff showed genuine respect. yunarta and leo provided excellent service. the presidential suite was amazing. the breakfast team showed great dedication as well and all staff members were lovely and helpful throughout my stay.
a female receptionist was somewhat slow during check-in. i felt a bit tired after a long journey so this was not ideal. the receipt provided was just a credit card slip.

wonderful stay amidst rice fields

the hotel has a well-kept green territory. i stayed in a spacious and beautiful room. the bed was huge and very comfortable. the view from the room of the rice fields and pool was particularly lovely (i watched the sunset from there). i also appreciated the wide variety of options available at breakfast.
i found a lot of mosquitos in the area due to the proximity to the rice fields. i recommend packing mosquito repellent.

The breakfast offered a wide choice of food. laundry service was fast. It was also cheap. i loved the free sunrise yoga they had on the roof!
there were a lot of mosquitos because of the nearby rice fields.
